You may fund your Account using the payment methods available on the toto24 platform, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other major Indonesian banks, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary depending on your chosen payment method and Account status.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity. toto24 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request additional information regarding the source of funds.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified with all required KYC documents submitted and approved; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled; (c) you must withdraw using a payment method registered in your own name; and (d) withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposits.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bank transfers within 12-24 hours, e-wallets within 6-12 hours. There are no fees charged by toto24 for withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. When wagering with bonus funds, a maximum bet limit applies (typically Rp 50,000 per bet unless otherwise specified). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus wagering is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selection, stake amount, and odds are correct before placing a bet. toto24 will not cancel or modify bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases of obvious error as determined by toto24 in its sole discretion.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results and statistics from the relevant sports governing bodies. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, toto24's decision is final. For live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer and video feed. For slot games and RNG-based games, results are determined by certified random number generators.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe; (b) obvious pricing or technical errors occurred; (c) the result cannot be determined or verified; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing or other illegal activity affecting the event outcome. In the case of voided bets, stakes are returned to the User's Account.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance in your Account (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures). Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you will need to register a new Account if you wish to use toto24 Services in the future.
Upon termination or suspension of your Account, all pending bets may be voided, bonuses will be forfeited, and you will lose access to all toto24 Services. Any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any required verification or investigation procedures.
